Rates


  •     4 week session twice per week is $240 (Group Training)
  •     Group training minimum 4-6
  •     School/Team  training contact us for details
  •     Individuals sessions twice per week $50 a session
  •     Individuals session three times or more per week $40 a session
Speed and Agility training is for any sports:
